Larry Schmidlapp has joined Piping Rock to specialize in waterfront residential real estate drawing on over sixty years of life on the shores of Oyster Bay and to share his knowledge after having built his own house at the end of Centre Island Road. He was one of the Founders of Friends of the Bay, a founder and trustee of The North Shore Land Alliance, a ten year trustee of The Green Vale School and in the class of 59, and heavily involved in the business of Centre Island Village- Architectural Review Board, Harbor Master, Ethics, and Road Commissioner.
