Ellen Moran has resided on Long Island’s North Shore since 1977. She has a college degree in Computer Science, a technical school graduate (with certification in 5 programming languages) and has had a very successful 30 year career in Information Technology holding operations, programming, project management and director positions. She was instrumental in becoming certified and successfully mastering the complex programming of both Bar Code Scanning and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI - the electronic transmission of business documents between organizations).

Ellen possesses more than a casual acquaintance with the benefits that advanced computer systems provide to the business sector. Information Technology is virtually “hard-wired” among her thinking and business skills. This mindset, along with logic, problem solving and technical skills absorbed and refined over 3 decades, she applies daily to her mission as Marketing Coordinator of Piping Rock Associates, Inc. Currently employed at Piping Rock Associates since 2008, Ellen services more than 30 company affiliated agents with advertising support and marketing strategies to promote Piping Rock Associates properties to their fullest. Treating each agent with customized care, Ellen continuously seeks the most efficient ways within her sphere to maximize individual sales productivity and market penetration. She is proficient on the PC and in providing both hardware and software technical assistance. Ellen is a very dedicated professional, who is extremely organized, with an easy going personality and always willing to assist others.

On her own time, Ellen leads an active cultural life, travels often and loves to sail.
