Part of the Piping Rock team since 1998, Rita's enthusiasm, credibility and superior level of service to her buyers and sellers have contributed to her many accomplishments. When it comes to her buyers, Rita's knowledge of the many North Shore communities, the current inventory, market values and the real estate process work well to meet their needs to guide them to a quality decision on their purchase.

Over the course of her many years in real estate, Rita has sold numerous building parcels and acreage to developers and builders, small residential homes and large estates. Among Rita's achievements includes the highest dollar volume home sale, at that time, in Lattingtown, New York. The restored Manor House sold for $8,000,000 and still stands in the top eschelon of the high-end market.

Rita's childhood in Maine helped to foster her love of "older homes" and their unique value to our history. She resides in Oyster Bay with her husband and son.
